Vision Statement
Rooted in God -Trinity and grounded in the dynamism of the Divine missions, we, the PLT commit ourselves to accompany and animate the sisters of the province to live their missionary call and the charism of the congregation in the new understanding and light of the chapter documents 2008 and 2014 so that we may promote the Gospel values through our life of contemplation, communion and mission.
Mission Statement
We believe that we are called to empower and form persons of faith, compassion, consciousness and competence to build a humane and just society through our ministries of education, social and pastoral care, women empowerment in close collaboration and partnership with others. In the spirit of “one heart, one mind, and one purse” we administer the temporal goods and safeguard its patrimony for the wellbeing of all the members and of missions.
Objectives
1. Give priority for Spiritual animation of the members
2. Foster excellent communication with the province.
3. To empower one another through facilitation and participatory leadership
4. To carry forward the vision of the RNDM Earth community in a prophetic and creative ways.
5. To enable and nurture life- giving relationship among the members and believe in their goodness and capacity.
6. To make the members competent to carry out the existing ministries and take on new ones considering the needs of the society.
7. To value and promote interfaith/inter religious dialogue for global peace, justice and integrity of creation
8. We make conscious effort to promote our missions.
9. Welcome women who are called and train them for the future.
10. To call for accountability, transparency and responsibility from the members and strengthen the bonds of communion.

- Giving priority to give each ones uniqueness of each one and the awareness of the need for each other, to function well.
